We are a volunteer board tasked with the responsibility to consistently maintain a high standard of living within our community. Our residents’ satisfaction is our top priority, and we plan events and provide amenities for exactly that purpose. You can count on us for anything related to common area maintenance and community services. We, the Summer Lake Homeowners Association board members, strive to be always there for you.

Having friendly neighbors is an important part of enjoying a pleasant life, which is why Summer Lake Homeowners Association is always on the lookout for volunteers to serve on the HOA Board.

The Fourth Amendment of our the AMART Summer Lake Homeowners Association outlines the requirements for our association board. This is a VOLUNTEER board and for that reason we have been able to maintain a very reasonable rate for our annual dues. Thank you to the board members who volunteered at this year's annual meeting!
Important Update: New Management Company Beginning January 1st
The Summer Lake Homeowners Association is excited to announce that, beginning January 1st, our community will be managed by The Management Trust. Homeowners can expect a formal letter and email from The Management Trust with additional details in the coming weeks.

This change brings several enhancements designed to improve communication, transparency, and convenience for all property owners:

Homeowner Web Portal – Each household will have secure access to a portal that connects directly with the HOA Board, the Architectural Committee, and The Management Trust.

Centralized Services – Billing, ARC requests, and correspondence will all be handled in one place, streamlining processes and reducing delays.

Real-Time Updates – Homeowners will be able to track requests, communications, and account information with immediate visibility.Historical

Recordkeeping – Each address will have a complete record of past requests, communications, and billing history for easy reference.

This transition will lighten the lift for this and future Boards, enhance how we manage our neighborhood, and make our operations increasingly transparent, equitable, and efficient. We believe these improvements will strengthen our community and make Summer Lake an even better place to live.
